(Ambika) Jowar Atta 500g

Ambika Jowar Atta is made by grinding small round best grains of jowar (sorghum). When the jowar is ripe & ready to be harvested, the plants are cut & tied in bundles & allowed to dry. The bundles are threshed to separate the grains. The grains are cleaned, washed, dried & then processed into flour which is creamish white colour & has a fairly neutral flavours that is sometimes nutty or sweetish. Jowar grains are one of the highest food sources of the flavonoid proanthocyanidin. Total phenol content (in both phenolic acids and flavonoids) is correlated with antioxidant activity.
